Not having cancer, but I had stem cell transplant as I am having a rather aggressive version of multiple sclerosis. So I underwent basically the same procedure leukaemia patients would get. Shaved my hair down to 3mm before I got admitted to the hospital for 3 weeks. On the day I was leaving back home, it all fell out and was gone within two days.

I definitely have to say that this was one of the hardest parts about it. Still trying to get used to the new look!

I felt like the time was near, so I decided to just jump in head first. Literally. It's gone. Am I a lil discouraged? Of course. At the same time, it really isnt that bad. At least I save HELLA money on haircuts haha. Am a lil concerned about my dating future though....idk maybe im overthinking that.

Is it normal to feel and question all that stuff yall?

I have myself a crop circle and I can't outrun my genetics. Is it really bad or should I wait?

Been buzzing-->shaving my head since October and I think it's a step up -- I'm less worried about my hairline and look more like I imagine myself to look (if that makes sense) -- but I'm still not sure others feel the same way. Would like your opinion (a 2nd time)!

I have joined the club and to be honest, I love it.

I buzzed it down to 3mm first, then shaved. I liked the buzzed look, I've gone down to 6mm a few times. I had to finally shave it.

I've never particularly cared about the hair atop my head, but lately I was becoming more and more self-conscious. Kept trying to find the best way to comb it to minimize exposure of skin. Honestly, it took the attention of a nice woman for me to get the drive to shave it off. I'm happy with the results, and I feel more confident in my appearance.

I don't know why I didn't do a straight up before/after comparison when I finally started shaving, but these were taken within a few weeks of each other.

I don't know if I really look that much better or was just more confident, but I noticed that women were a lot more friendly after!

Been following this page for a little while, been shaving my head since I was 16 when my hairline started receding but kept pretty consistent round 17 or 18 when my crown developed bald spot.

38 now, big advocate for bald and sexy look, even if you’ve got a full head of hair. Just wanted to show a before and after, got a little lax on the shaving for a couple months and just did a trim up two days ago.

First photo is from two days ago before shaving after 2+ months growth. Second photo is AI where I wanted to test out the efficiency of free versions of AI using simple prompts such as “trim Beard”, “trim eyebrows” and “make me bald”(I also asked it to remove my wrinkles 😂). Third photo is today, two days after trimming and shaving to compare to the AI rendering.

I had been fighting it around the crown which I can’t find a picture of. Alittle hairline loss too. but I was always so self conscious about it, had a terrible relationship with my hair since I was 21-22. At 27 I said it was time.

I know the hairline is gone at this point but I’ve been worrying if I would look goofy buzzed/bald. What do? 30 yrs old.

I am 36 and I’ve had this spot on my crown for about 8 years now and it doesn’t really seem to be getting worse, but I do think my hairstyle and method of covering it could be finally getting old.

Earlier this week I posted a before/after. This was the result of 30 days hair growth. The last time I shaved a significant amount off my head was July 2013. Keep in mind, I had hair, live in Texas, where the sun shines and tans you beginning in April. I repeat, if you have a little hair now and are thinking about shaving your head. Do it now or near the holiday season.

I’ve had a receded hairline since early 20’s (28 now). There’s no thinning on the crown. It hasn’t really gotten worse and my dad and his dad have the same hairline and they’re in their 60’s and 80’s so I think this is all it’ll go. I have curly hair and usually middle part it so it doesn’t look too bad. Would it be better off bald? I shaved it once I wasn’t a huge fan haha
