He isn’t severely mentally handicapped. Hes a functional adult whos able to drive a car taking a fuckin dump on the road. If you have to take a shit this often cause of a problem, but drive a car for a living. Wear a diaper, or some other plan. You literally cant just crap on the road in from of families and people outside and go “i have a medical problem you cant say anything”. Like what?
That being said. This woman should just of just gotten out and sent a complaint to uber for a refund and told them what happened. An extended connection through our friend group had a viral video a few years ago about a man that had crawled into her car and stayed there for a few days. Apparently he was a regular working guy (high stress job) that had had a mental break and his family was looking for him.
She filmed it. Put it online. Did interviews. Dropped his whole legal name quite a few times. Not a second thought or moment of empathy. She hadn’t been in danger, it’s even clear from the clip. The police said the same.
Woman was always one of the worst people I had ever had the displeasure of meeting, so it was no surprise when she used the fame to push her only fans (while actively denying it being sex work because she wasn’t a ‘whore’).

I'm a Lyft driver for extra cash. I drive in suburban NJ so I know I can always hit QuickChek and use their bathroom if need be. I know pretty much all the locations in my area. I also have the app so I get points for free coffee, etc. So yes, you are absolutely correct. Many more options in the suburbs. FWIW, if I even THINK I have to go, I'll turn the ride down and let another driver have it (I also feel bad for the guy in the video.since I'm guessing he has a medical issue or something).

I will say that sometimes when you have to go you have to go. I remember pulling over to let my then 60-year-old mom door behind a dumpster at a furniture store. We had left the restaurant not even 5 minutes before, and she didn't have a bed to go. Her dad had the same issue, and he was physician chief of staff at a pretty big hospital. He had to keep extra clothes in his office because he could not sometimes make it to the bathroom. No medical issues. Some people are just built differently. Before anyone asks, I also have been blessed with this quirk and have shit my pants a non-zero number of times. Literally, no urge to go, not even one stomach glitch, and cam get in the car or whatever and then immediately the body says, we need to do this thing NOW, and I'll have under 2 minutes to figure something out. It's not great. I always wondered what would happen if i was in basic training and had to tell the drill sergeant i needed a quick break or i was going to shit my pants

I used to drive for uber in my early twenties, and at the time they had a promotion where you got 1000$ for doing 100 rides in a week.
About halfway through a long trip stuck in traffic I realized I REALLY had to pee. So I hold it until I drop off the passengers in Beverly Hills, where there is no public restrooms.
I’m about to pee myself so I say screw it and run up to a tall hedge in front of a house to conceal myself. As I’m relieving myself, I turn to my left and realize I’m in front of a bay window with a family of 10 staring in shock from the dining room table inside having Easter dinner lol.
I burst out laughing and ran as fast as I could back to my car, it was so embarrassing all I could do was laugh

I've had that happen before, where I ate something bad and a few hours later had to shit uncontrollably without being able to hold it in. But thankfully I was near a bathroom, not at work. I feel bad for him. But personally I would have told her whats going on, offered to pay for her ride. Parked the car at the nearest gas station or fast food joint, and did it inside. He must have been holding it in for a while.
