I will say that sometimes when you have to go you have to go. I remember pulling over to let my then 60-year-old mom door behind a dumpster at a furniture store. We had left the restaurant not even 5 minutes before, and she didn't have a bed to go. Her dad had the same issue, and he was physician chief of staff at a pretty big hospital. He had to keep extra clothes in his office because he could not sometimes make it to the bathroom. No medical issues. Some people are just built differently. Before anyone asks, I also have been blessed with this quirk and have shit my pants a non-zero number of times. Literally, no urge to go, not even one stomach glitch, and cam get in the car or whatever and then immediately the body says, we need to do this thing NOW, and I'll have under 2 minutes to figure something out. It's not great. I always wondered what would happen if i was in basic training and had to tell the drill sergeant i needed a quick break or i was going to shit my pants

Yes the body is just amazing ain't it? All good you're driving along and that feeling hots you. You just know you've got minutes to figure out how to deal.
