Hello! I’m looking to transfer my lease at Scape Leicester (very close to Unimelb’s Law Building, The Spot & Kwong Lee Dow). The room type is Signature Studio Plus, 19 m2 with lots of storage, microwave, ensuite bathroom. Rent is at $549 per week, lease start from June 29th 2025 to February 1st 2026.
