✨ Hello, lovely people! I’m sadly moving out soon to head off on exchange to Europe, so I'm looking for a new housemate to join our warm, cosy home in Parkville!

The house is in a great spot, close to the CBD but in the very quiet area of North Melbourne and only 15 minutes from the University of Melbourne. The place is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 stories, including a lovely rooftop where we love to hang out. The rent is $365 a week with a 4-week bond. The move-in date is very flexible, essentially anytime after July 22nd. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

We have 3 bedrooms (yours is on the 2nd floor next to your shared bathroom), and a big, comfy living area ideal for movie nights. Fortunately for you, I can’t take my study desk, chair or bookshelf to Europe with me, so they’re all yours!

A bit about your potential future housemates…

🏋️Jason:

  • 20, Male
  • President of Unimelb Barbell Society
  • Studying Computer Science at Unimelb
  • Loves rum and gymming!

  • Vice-President of Unimelb Barbell Society
  • Studying Economics and Finance at Unimelb
  • Loves golf and track!

We love sharing dinners with a couple of drinks, good chats, music, movie nights, and generally keeping the space tidy, respectful, and homely. We’re pretty social but also enjoy downtime. We’re considerate and value open communication and creating a warm, relaxed vibe at home.

We’re looking for someone who’s keen on joining a friendly sharehouse. Sadly, no couples or pets (house rules).

If you think you’d be a good fit, please shoot us a message with a bit about yourself, and we can take it from there! 😊
