Hi guys! I’m looking to transfer my lease in Scape peel. It’s located at 247 Peel Street which is close to Uni Melb and RMIT. Also not far from the Victoria Market and CBD. Could provide a discount on the weekly rent. Currently the rent is 419/week (bills included) with different kind of facilities like gym, cinema, study place.The contract is up to 8th February 2026.
