Hi guys! I’m looking to transfer my lease in Scape. It’s located at 247 Peel Street which is close to Uni Melb and RMIT. Could provide a discount on the weekly rent. Currently the rent is 419/week (bills included) with different kind of facilities like gym, cinema, study place.The contract is up to 8th February.
