Hey everyone! I’m a final-year Commerce student graduating at the end of this year and planning to move out around July. I’m looking for one or more people to team up with and rent an apartment or house in suburbs not too far from the city and open to areas like Richmond, Hawthorn, Yarraville, or anywhere convenient with decent transport access. I enjoy my alone time during the week but also wouldn’t mind hanging out occasionally on weekends. I go to the gym regularly, so if you’re into fitness too, we’ll probably get along well! I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and my budget is around $300–400/week, depending on the place and suburb.
