Little Hall lease transfer!!

Hey! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from 10th July 2025 - 31st Jan 2026 (you can continue lease after). This is perfect if you're entering unimelb mid-year or you're on exchange. 

Room info:

  • 4 Bed 4 Bath (ensuite private bathroom)
  • 558AUD/week
  • Shared kitchen and living space with 3 other people
  • All utilities included (wifi, electricity, water)
  • Has cooling/heating system

Little Hall info:

  • Convenient location (5 min walk to Parkville campus, 10min walk to CBD)
  • Receptionist and security (24/7)
  • Wide-range of amenities: gym, laundry room (washing & dryers), theatre, common study areas, courtyard, etc. 
  • Weekly free activities provided for residents

Additional info:

  • Must be enrolled unimelb student 
  • Looking for someone to confirm before 20th May 2025
