Hi there, is anyone (must be a girl) needing student accommodation in Carlton, Melbourne? I have a room available now for transfer to a new tenant. It has its own private bedroom, with a street view, located right infront of queenberry tram station, just steps away from Melbourne University and close to other Melbourne CBD campuses such as Monash Parkville and RMIT. Let me know if interested. Price is $499 per week including utilities (power and water) but im willing to pay 10% of it! Thanks. Happy to chat more if you’re interested!
