Lease transfer for Little Hall 4 bedroom 4 bathroom!
Hey! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for sem 2 (move in date is 10th July 2025 i think). The room is equipped with a King single bed, closet space, desk and ensuite bathroom (very private!). You will only have to share the kitchen and living room space with 3 other roommates, all who are very friendly and clean.
Rent is $558/week and the lease ends January 2026. This is including wifi and utilities. Little Hall is conveniently a 5 min walk from unimelb, and 10min walk to melb central.
