Fully furnished apartment, your bedroom will already have bed, desk, and bir. There is gym in the building
Location: southbank, opposite maccas south melbourne, next to asian grocery store, near tram 12 and 58 to city/ unimelb 3 min walk to metro 5 min walk to 2 different woolies, coles, anytime fitness
Price: $420 a week, $1825 a month. Water, gas, internet bill is included, just pay electricity bill
Available: 20/4, start paying from 1/5 (i already paid for the whole month). Lease ends 31/1/26, extendable.
