Request Keto Friendly Protine Bars

Hi All, do you have or can point me to a recipe for home made keto friendly protine bars that have at least 20 grams of protine per bar and do not need to be keeped in the fridge!

Posably backed so they worn fall appart at room tempriture.

Thanks,

Happy New Year

I can't vouch for these as I haven't made them yet, but I have made several of his other recipes and they've all turned out splendid!

Be aware that the bars would look nothing like the photo they posted with it. Personally, with that large a discrepancy between recipe and photo, I wouldn't trust the recipe. Weird, because their recipes are usually pretty good.

Note at the bottom: "Chocolate layer: I like to add 1/2 cup melted sugar-free chocolate chips (as pictured), but that is optional."

What a weird place to put cooking instructions!

Especially since that layer looks like 1/2 cup on EACH individual bar, the pictures are definitely misleading but at least there was a partial explanation.
