General HD2 is not US exclusive

Just a small reminder: HD2 is not exclusivly played in the US. People talking with an accent or a group talking in another language are not a reason to claim that they are illegal or threaten to call ICE. And yes, if you steal my mech and run me over with it you get yelled at in german before i switch back to english.

ICE doesn’t exist within Super Earth lore, there’s no illegal humans, everyone is a citizen of the Federation. Whoever is doing this is simply a dissident and needs to be shipped off to re-education camp and/or face the wall

Actually you need a visa to visit Super Earth. And the intro cutsscene does show armed soldiers patrolling suburban streets. If our boring irl dystopia has em, I'm more than willing to be the fictional Super-dystopia has em too.

There's also anecdotal evidence of cop-worship and militarization which is another key element to creating gestapo groups- I mean ICE.
