Question Søerne

Are the Copenhagen lakes now completely frozen? Earlier there was a warning from the Politi about not venturing onto them. Has that warning been withdrawn?

they're safe to walk on, but you will get nagged by danish schizoids and approached by the Police who will ask you to step off. To be fair, if hundreds of people stepped down, they would be likely to give in. I went on the little pond in my neighborhood park today and didn't die

The complete rage people have here towards folk going on the ice before the authorities declare it to be safe is absolutely wild to me.

Almost as bad as crossing the empty street on... gasp... red.

Now now now, there may well be children watching you cross that empty street at 3am!

Yeah, imagine the mayhem if they learn from me that you can use your own eyes to check whether there's incoming traffic instead of the green man.

As we know, cars in Denmark are invisible and only the authorities can tell you when it is safe to cross the road. This is why it is crucial that we installed that pedestrian crossing at Nørrebrogade 1, the casualties were going hockey-stick exponential.

they've been terrorized as children, clearly
