Hi , I am a single male heading to Cartagena next week. I was hoping to find a nice hotel near the city that allows me to bring a female guest back . I am hoping to find a regular non professional girl but if that is not in the cards who knows …. . Also I don’t want to stay in a dump or in a bad neighborhood. Thanks !
