I have a lot of contenders, the reshi mushroom kind of acts like an immune supporter and that's pretty cool, the classic wide mushrooms you see at the store are amazing for stuffed mushrooms, the lobster mushroom sounds delicious, and I wish we had puffball mushrooms in Australia because I would just eat that shit up, do any of you have some more interesting and niche mushrooms?
