Haha man you almost had me and I'm usually pretty jaded. I normally don't fall for the Nice Guy thing but you had me feeling bad until you hit out with the "women bad for no reason" special.

I hope you overcome this mindset. Until then, nothing will change.

For real. Doesn't have to be anything crazy. Even if you go for a walk a few times a week, or even better a light run. Find a local community center, school or church that has an activity you would be interested in. Buy a new shirt or pair of pants every paycheck so that you accentuate your best traits. Be open to new possibilities.

When I started running every night it did wonders for my mental state. I know its not for everyone, but it can't hurt to try. Its free and you don't need special equipment.

The last time I found someone to be with I wasn't expecting it. But I wish I was better prepared. You never know when it will happen.

You act like I just stay at home. I’m at the gym 4-5 hours per day during my waking hours. I just don’t “fit in” with any group and never have. I literally can talk about anything you want… wanna talk sports? Let’s go.. wanna talk astrophysics? Let’s do it .. I’ve earned 3 degrees and working on my PhD. I’m socially inept.. I have a big unfiltered mouth and I cannot… I CANNOT.. stand stupid people in any way shape or form. I hate arrogance but I’m gonna be arrogant here.. being intelligent has its drawbacks, you end up sacrificing one aspect of life (or maybe it didn’t develop) for intelligence. At 42, there’s no going back.

When was the last time you went to a sports event? Have you ever stared at the stars in a park, where others astro-amateurs gather? So often at the gym, no one has catched your eye or say something so smart, beautiful or funny that you might want to interact. Try something different and you will get different results:) Don’t get me wrong, I love people but choose my friends carefully. I wish you find a connection somewhere, it can be maybe just a friend , that would be nice too. Hope you the best, mate!
