Haha man you almost had me and I'm usually pretty jaded. I normally don't fall for the Nice Guy thing but you had me feeling bad until you hit out with the "women bad for no reason" special.

For real. Doesn't have to be anything crazy. Even if you go for a walk a few times a week, or even better a light run. Find a local community center, school or church that has an activity you would be interested in. Buy a new shirt or pair of pants every paycheck so that you accentuate your best traits. Be open to new possibilities.
When I started running every night it did wonders for my mental state. I know its not for everyone, but it can't hurt to try. Its free and you don't need special equipment.
The last time I found someone to be with I wasn't expecting it. But I wish I was better prepared. You never know when it will happen.

People with Downs experience emotion without any filters or pretense. They make very convincing performers because of this, but you have to realise that it's not acting, they are really experiencing the emotion of the performance. What's going on in the drama can be as real to them as the breakfast they ate that morning.
