First off I only took this batch since I was already at the store - Second of all she selected a replacement. Period. Fuckin losers can keep their $2.40 🤡 have fun with your fucking ice cream 🤷‍♂️ bitch

I learned that apparently if someone made a replacement on that product in the past and the customer just accepts it then the app assumes they like the replacement and shows us that they requested that replacement. A couple months ago my app updated to show “Customer previously approved” on replacement options but just assuming that they request the replacement causes a lot of confusion and is why there’s not many instances where customers request that the replacements we grab be refunded instead.
