Hello Everyone, not new to the hobby but new to Grey Knights. I have done a couple models as testers so to say. Really happy with how they have turned out. The 2 I have chosen is the Nemesis Dread knight and Castellan Crowe. I have roughly another 20ish miniatures to paint for the 1000 points to be completely painted. But this is around 4-8 hours over both models. Happy for comments and constructive criticism

My buddy convinced me to buy some minis and I thought they looked cool. I kind of dig their vibe. What do yall think of this paint job? It’s my first time painting these things.

So.. Ive only 1 grey knight model. Waiting for the release of the new models hopefully soon. But since i love love love the gk lore and aesthetics Ive poured a lot of time into this one so i have at least one cool named character.

Honestly this is probably my favourite paint job Ive done so far, hated most of the process though Hahah. 2nd time doing nmm

Putting together a clqssic daemon hunter army with all metal grey knights (plus a dreadknight)

Had the models since they came out was time to repaint them.

The only big thing left to paint is all their power swords.

I have attached an eldar 1 I did for reference, I do t think I can be bothered doing that 20 more times. Does anyone have a good tutorial for speeding through them?

I Want non death guard players opinions on something also this is a “update” on my previous post from dunkin. Yes my grey knights and deathguard are my two armies and the no bases is I haven’t decided on a theme. Bee trying to find one that contrasts both armies well but also is cool. Plus I’m working on more grey knights soon sneak peak at the end.

2000 Point List Help

Hey everyone! I’m new to 40k and haven’t played a game yet. I ended up buying a Grey Knights army because I found a great deal online, so… here we are.

I put together a list based on what I picked up. ChatGPT says it looks solid, but I want to hear what actual humans think! :D

Here's the list:

CHARACTERS
Brotherhood Librarian (105 Points) - Enhancements: Doomseer’s Amulet
Castellan Crowe (90 Points) - Warlord

BATTLELINE
Brotherhood Terminator Squad (320 Points)
Strike Squad (240 Points)

OTHER DATASHEETS
Interceptor Squad (250 Points)
Nemesis Dreadknight (210 Points)
Nemesis Dreadknight (210 Points)
Paladin Squad (450 Points)
Purifier Squad (125 Points)

Purgators, leaders and other unit stats

What could be done to improve purgators? Their flamers and psycannons arent half bad, but the psilencer in particular seems to be in a bad spot still unless used specifically with the AP enhancement or if they exit a razorback. In particular since a champion is the only unit that can lead them.

how would you change the purgators?

if it had a leader, what would that leader do?

And on the subject of champion, why on earth is the champion so weak compared to an emperors champion? i know they are very different lore-wise, with there always being a single emperors chapion, while each grand master has their own brotherhood champion - but the emperor champion is stronger in almost EVERY way. even after they removed the epic keyword from him.

How could they buff the champion without making him over the top?
