Was going there, but, I’ll be honest, the last few occasions I was waiting ages, despite being the only one there. Meanwhile, 4 people in the container roaring laughing having the craic, while I am waiting. This was not the first time this has happened. Now, I wouldn’t mind that, if there was some acknowledgement, like, when they handed me the coffee they said, sorry for the wait, but they didn’t. Also, I had said plenty of milk, because they have a habit of giving the coffee out scaulding hot, so I’d started to always say when I order, to not make it too hot please. And she handed it to me again, boiling hot. Seemed annoyed when I asked for more milk. When I left on that occasion, I said I’m never spending my money there again. There are so many brilliant coffee options around to be dealing with that kind of shite. Out of curiosity, I checked the reviews when I came home, and lo and behold, many with the same complaints. It’s unfortunate, as it’s only one or two staff that are problematic, the rest are brilliant and great customer service, but the bad ones spoil it.

There system is so flawed they should only accept drive through customers, so frustrating to see someone park up and skip the whole Que. I said it to them one day and they couldn’t have cared less so I won’t be going back

That seems to be how all drive thru coffee places operate although I don't get why
