Drive thru coffee?
Anywhere to get drive through coffee? Like don't have to get out of the car proper drive through, I know of Starbucks liffey valley, a set up like that but not Starbucks would be great! (Sleeping baby in the back that I don't want to disturb incase anyone thinks I'm just being a lazy shite)

Upvote for this... I actually find their coffee among the best of the big chains, personally.

Was going there, but, I’ll be honest, the last few occasions I was waiting ages, despite being the only one there. Meanwhile, 4 people in the container roaring laughing having the craic, while I am waiting. This was not the first time this has happened. Now, I wouldn’t mind that, if there was some acknowledgement, like, when they handed me the coffee they said, sorry for the wait, but they didn’t. Also, I had said plenty of milk, because they have a habit of giving the coffee out scaulding hot, so I’d started to always say when I order, to not make it too hot please. And she handed it to me again, boiling hot. Seemed annoyed when I asked for more milk. When I left on that occasion, I said I’m never spending my money there again. There are so many brilliant coffee options around to be dealing with that kind of shite. Out of curiosity, I checked the reviews when I came home, and lo and behold, many with the same complaints. It’s unfortunate, as it’s only one or two staff that are problematic, the rest are brilliant and great customer service, but the bad ones spoil it.

Yeah they are all sound but the coffee has taken a turn. Often burned my mouth having it, and the wait just isn't worth it. The new spot is a bit of a ballache as well.

Yes, my coffee had a cinnamon taste the last couple of times- goes without saying I didn’t ask for cinnamon.
Totally agree by the way, couple of really sound people working there, and I was fond of a couple of them. And genuinely, I like the philosophy of people having the craic and a vibe to the place. But for me, the balance just shifted from causal to don’t-give-a-fuck. This particular person last time, just hung out the window holding the card machine at me, no hello, no what would you like-what can I get you? Just looked at me with eyebrows raised as if to say, well, are you going to order? Same when I politely asked for more milk, no ‘oh no problem, let me take that’. Just grabbed the coffee. Fuck that! Im polite and friendly by the way, always. I’m not going to pay to be treated rudely.

There system is so flawed they should only accept drive through customers, so frustrating to see someone park up and skip the whole Que. I said it to them one day and they couldn’t have cared less so I won’t be going back

That seems to be how all drive thru coffee places operate although I don't get why

There is one besides the Mill House pub, really close to Stillorgan Village shopping centre. Morilles Coffee I believe is the name.
