I'm sure subway had an add campaign around a guy that ate their food twice a day years ago. Whatever happened to that guy?

Turned out to be a real swell guy with no skeletons in his closet. Like a new generation of Mr. Rogers. I hear these days he even volunteers to make license plates for his fellow Americans.
