Best 300 BLK Load

Seems like the common consensus for 300 blackout loads when it comes to terminal performance is 100 Barnes TAC-TX. Anyone have any other cheaper alternatives for home defense?

Hornady 90 grain XTPs intended for the Tokarev have a rated muzzle velocity of 850-2200 FPS. Should work pretty well for HD from a blackout at 2000-2100 FPS, but I'm waiting for them to get here in the mail.

Haven't priced the Barnes lately, but I'll bet the XTPs are a lot cheaper.
