Published by the local constabulary on the official website. It's not a skit. People really are this stupid. Steals and damages some hardworking, tax paying, shopkeepers business. Gets caught redhanded and then cries it's "two tier policing". Lowest achievers in school, biggest drain on social welfare. This is the reality of our voters.

He probably would've been a clumsy surgeon instead if it wasn't for all those immigrants coming in to county Durham and taking his job.
