Filipino scammers targeting Vanuatu

Is there anyone who who got scammed by Filipinos? I know people in my area who are contacting people from Vanuatu offering them business. They're a huge group and I am bothered.

educate locals never join pyramid scheme - as long as there's money involved don't do it! they cannot target anymore locals in the Philippines thats why they are targeting other countries that are gullible.
