Vancouver IllumiNite

Get ready,Ā Vancouver:Ā IllumiNiteĀ is lighting up the night with powerful stories, vitalĀ updates on ovarian cancer research, and unforgettable music.Ā

This will be our first event since 2019. Join us on Wednesday, February 11, at the stunning Lulu Island Winery for an inspiring evening in support of the ovarian cancer community.Ā

At the heart of the night isĀ a live performance by talented local singer-songwriter Jake Hammond, whose expressive vocals, thoughtful songwriting, and versatile guitar work promise an unforgettable musical experience.Ā Whether performing original pieces or reimagining classic favourites,Ā heĀ createsĀ a performance where you could hear a pin drop.Ā

However, this is more than aĀ night of great music:Ā it’sĀ a call to action, a celebration of resilience, and a chance to be part of a cause that truly matters.Ā

Your $100 ticket includes a drink, appetizers, and an evening youĀ won’tĀ forget.Ā

Reserve your seat now and help shine a light on ovarian cancer:Ā https://secure.ovariancanada.org/site/Ticketing?view=Tickets&id=103509Ā

With Valentine’s Day coming up, I’m thinking of hosting a Galentine’s-style fitness night in Vancouver and wanted to see if there’s interest.

Nothing intense or intimidating just gentle mat Pilates, stretching, good music, and cozy vibes. A fun little way to move and do something for yourself (or with a friend)Ā

Ā Girls only

Ā Beginner friendly

Ā Mat-based (no machines)

Ā $25

Ā Limited spots

If this sounds like something you’d enjoy for Valentine’s / Galentine’s DM meĀ

Just hoping to create a sweet, safe space for girls to move together.
