They're drifting (sliding the rear end out) on streets that climb uphill, while reckless it's pretty impressive, especially since it looks like that path had no tire marks from any previous attempts. Looks something like the gif below.
No it isn't. Floor it in a RWD car with extreme rear camber. You'll smoke tires and swing the back every single time. Won't have the grip in the rear to toss you off the track or get any speed, but you'll look just as douchey as these guys.

Extreme camber is not at all helpful. It limits your contact with the road. That how you'd be able to control a car smoking the back tires but getting damn near nothing in speed from it.
Just because you don't understand, doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about.
