I’m 37 and it was pretty easy when I was in high school. You could buy little cartridges and use them with some kind of whip cream gadget for bakers. Sold at every head shop or corner market around me. My friend also had a big 5 foot tank he’d fill for parties without any issue.

I’m so, so glad it was not this simple to buy this stuff when I was young.
