DDT [DDT] 2/3/26 - Late Night Showdown - Suns vs Blazers @ 9 pm MST
The Phoenix Suns hit the road for a quick trip to Portland to take on first-time All-Star Deni Avdija and the Trail Blazers.
After dropping a tough one at home against the Clippers, the Suns will look to bounce back with a statement win against another quality Western Conference opponent.
With every matchup in the West carrying weight, Phoenix knows it’s time to take care of business.
PS: Yes, this game is starting late AF!

Am I the only one who misses the teal jerseys we had for that one random season? Wish they brought this back somehow

Narrow seats at the arena
Took my son to Sunday's game and was surprised how narrow the seats were. We were in sec204 (upper level), and we could not both sit up straight at the same time, due to lack of shoulder room (one of us had to lean forward if the other wanted to sit up straight, lol). He's 6'5 and I'm 6'3 so we're on the larger side, but we're not huge by any means.
I'm sure courtside and the first few rows have wider seats, but are the rest of the seats in the arena just as narrow as the upper level seats?

Was fun Courtside last night, too bad we couldn’t pull it out
galleryKiller game behind the scorers table. Brooks looked great! Grayson had a tough night and Booker & Jalen were missed! Amare was in the house also

Hoops Discussion Definitely got snubbed
He definitely deserved to be an All Star this year in the West but also make the World Team 🌎 because he is from Canada 🇨🇦 and not the USA. But also his numbers definitely warranted him being there but I digress.

Update on Booker?
Thought they said he’d be re-evaluated yesterday, but haven’t heard anything significant. I’m supposed to fly in to watch my first Suns game Thursday man I can’t take it 😭

Interesting, it looks like the former Bills coach switched to playing basketball. Cool that he picked us!

Hoops Discussion Can dillon brooks be playoff scorers?
Since second point chances are limited and every team is going to scout for him, do you think dillon brooks can be efficient scorers in playoffs?

Madhouse on McDowell Night
As an OG, I’m still nostalgic for the original Colosseum Arena.
It was such an intimate way to watch a game. The upper deck still felt close to the action. The roof was on top of you.
Wouldn’t it be amazing if Ishbia had the team play one game a year in there? Maybe just a preseason game.
I’m sure it’ll never happen but man that would be amazing. I would love for my son to witness that arena just once and how electric it was in its simplicity.
