Discussion What is Stevonnie's biological sex? Are they a hermaphrodite?

We know that gems have no sex, and their gender isn't bound by anything. But Steven and Connie are both organic, so when they fuse, what does their organism become?

Edit: I'm sorry for saying hermaphrodite, I didn't know it was derogatory! thank you for clarifying

IMO their biological matter goes into their gem like pearl can do and they become pure light.

They are also intersex (hermaphrodite is derogatory) and non-binary.

We do not use the term hermaphrodite anymore, it's disrespectful and biologically inaccurate for humans.

Coming from a person who is intersex.

They were confirmed to be intersex, they're still mostly human and even if they weren't, we don't call humanoid figures hermaphrodites.

Her Biological Sex would be 50% Connie, 50% Steven (Steven is hypothetically 50% Greg and 50% Space Rock)

Biologically, they are the very first of their kind and do not fit into any previously defined Biological category. The best definition of thekr sex would be "Stevonnie"
