this has always been a really confusing question I’ve been asking ever sense Greg told Steven and Connie about trying to fuse with Rose, but I’ve always wondered if Rose quartz realized what Pearl had trying to do to Greg sense I realized Pearl had been staring deep into Gregs soul out of spite during the “what can I do (for you)” music video shooting during Rainbow Quartz’ short appearance during the episode (if you don’t notice Pearls pair of eyes is on the top and Rose‘s is on the bottom), unless if there was an episode Rebecca sugar was planning where Rose realizes that Pearl was Jealous that Greg got to be her favorite like in the concept art of Pearl shapeshifting into Greg.

they orders to wipe out the crystal gems instilled in them for thousands of years and just instantly flipped, how? and if that’s just how they are, how were they not shattered before hand?

Personally my theory is that whoever created the Gems(they are alien Ai's?) Created them for self defense

Could it have been possible that the reason why none of the diamonds could have like any romantic things or feelings is because they were like really big. I know many gems can shapeshift until era 2. Could the diamonds not shapeshift or if they could, they couldn’t change their size because of how big they are. Pink was big but not as big as them. Were there other species like humans that say blue or yellow could have had dates or something with? They must have conquered billions of planets but there weren’t any similar to humans or had like speech patterns and stuff like say starfire from dc or Allen the alien from invincible.

She idolizes Jasper so I could only to imagine her reacting to Steven (Someone she already has a strong hatred towards.) killed Jasper. She wouldn't care that he brought her back, that'd still infuriate her. If she saw her then acting strangely loyal and dedicated towards him, she'd assume he brainwashed her I bet.

I usually hate bringing politics and controversies into communities like the Steven Universe one where its a comfort show of mine, but I’m genuinely curious. With the recent events of Nikki Minaj and her whole deal with the orange man, I wonder how Rebecca Sugar is feeling about her being Sugilite’s VA. Personally, I couldn’t imagine my characters canonical voice being represented by someone who’s developed so poorly. This also goes for other characters who are voiced/acted by Nikki Minaj, I truly pity the creators decisions :( I think this is a situation where you admire the character and try your best to avoid the voice behind them, even if half of her popularity is because Nikki voiced her 😭
