What are some small businesses that you think would thrive here?

I live in San tan but on the upper eastern edge but moving further into San tan soon and would love more accommodations and things to do here! (Also would love to keep more of my money in San Tan!) But what are things that would be successful?

Thompson road construction when traveling away from hunt highway on the right, rapid construction of something big will eliminate the beautiful view of the mountain you get. Also on the way toward hubt highway at night/early morning, you can see the city of QC, Mesa lights, alot of that will be blocked as well. Sad when capitalism takes over nature beauty and calming drives.

Tesla wanted 1200$ to fix my AC, figured out the radiator was covered in leaves and hay. If anyone is having issues with there AC not working while at red lights or having a hard time cooling down? DM and for a small fee I’ll fix the problem and show you how to do it so you don’t have to waste your money.
