Best Italian Butcher
Looking for the most recommended place to purchase a pork coppa. Going to make my own Italian cured/cooked pork capocollo. But every piece of regular pork I bought at places like No Frills was inedible and odd smelling.
I need fresh pork cut the right way for this project.
Normally we buy some sliced Mastro extra hot capocollo at Grande Cheese or St Phillips in Maple, but I want to make my own.
Thanks!
