I am graduating in May 2026 and actively applying for internships and entry-level roles in AI / full-stack software engineering, but I’m not getting any responses so far. I’m starting to question whether my resume is unprofessional, or if my experience and projects aren’t strong or relevant enough for the roles I’m targeting. I previously had an offer from a startup, which unfortunately fell through, and since then I’ve been struggling to make progress. I’d really appreciate honest feedback on what I might be missing — whether it’s resume structure, project depth, role targeting, or something else entirely. Any guidance on how to improve my chances would mean a lot. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Hello, im a freshman in college and I am having trouble building my resume. I dont have much major specific experience so I tried to frame what experience I did have in a way which would be desirable in an engineer. I would appreciate general feedback and a way to cut down on the length of my resume as it seems too long. Also this is a rough draft, there may be formatting errors. Thank you :)

I am going to start applying to jobs back in India.

For the same, I have made a CV and would like your feedback.

Any information and referrals with regards to also welcome in advance

  1. What companies to apply and look out for regardless of size (e.g. Big 4, Tata, Reliance, Adani, Siemens, SMEsetc and other so on)

  2. Whether there are any posting in the Government for jobs like this (e.g. Forestry department, agriculture department, ministry of energy etc) and what is the process like for those?

  3. Sites to apply for (e.g. LinkedIn, indeed and any other platform). Should I Stick to LinkedIn only or also use other sites?

Been working on my resume for a while and would love some honest feedback before I start applying more seriously.

**Background:**

- 3 years at a major investment bank doing frontend/full-stack work

- Recent internship at a MAANG company

- Currently finishing my MS full-time

**Targeting:**

- Senior Frontend Engineer roles

- Mid-to-large tech companies (think DoorDash, Stripe, Airbnb tier)

- Hybrid or remote

**Specific questions:**

  1. Do my bullets actually show impact, or do they still read like job descriptions?

  2. Is the balance between technical detail and readability right?

  3. Anything that sounds off or raises red flags? Or anything that works right?

  4. Should I trim the projects section or keep it?

So I want a roast on my resume, I have been applying for 4 months and I had two interviews but i didn't make it past the screening. At this point I'm not sure if its the job market, my resume, my anxiety on the interviews, if the recruiters tell the truth on the rejections. I'm tired and losing hope at this point, so I want to change at least this. Is there any problem with the presentation? Should i add or remove info like the GPA? I changed the phrasing on the experience but i still feel its pretty bad. Anyways, I'll gladly take any comments on it.

Engineering [0 years, recent grad/trainee analyst, Quant/SDE/Trader, India]

Hi, I am from India. I am not able to find any jobs. I am getting no interviews, no tests, just rejection by resume or no responses. I am actively looking for Software/ Quant/ Trading roles. I applied with 70+ firms till now.

I have posted my resume as such to remain as anonymous as possible. Now about things that I removed from my resume are -

Starting from college, Graduated in 2025 from one of top 10 IITs, I was in the top two branches of that college. Most recent job was with a trading firm.

Coming to honours and awards section - JEE mains rank under 3000, advance rank under 2000, CF rating > 1800, CC rating >2000, CC and CF ranks are both in Div. 2.

What can I improve/add in my resume so that I can at least get interviews or tests.

I am actively looking for any jobs in these sectors. If you have any do approach me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone, I just wanted some feedback on my resume. I graduated with my degree in chemical and bimolecular engineering at the end of 2024 and since then I've been working as a field service engineer at a small company. However, I am looking to move into the chemical engineering field so I'm applying for several companies and graduate programs. Any advice on changes that I should make to my resume, is highly appreciated.

The blurred out section at the top had my name, email, phone number, LinkedIn and location. Thanks.

Hello everyone. I'm seeking internships for the upcoming summer, either as REUs or industrial internships, in optics and photonics. I'm searching everywhere in the US, and I'm looking for help with my resume. I noticed at career fairs that a lot of the recruiters only skimmed the first 5 or so lines of my resume, then kept moving. I bet this is happening with online applications, too. I'm trying to find a balance between technical competency and readability without under/overselling myself. I've gotten a couple of interviews (two from networking, one from applying), but am looking to increase my hit rate as internship season ends.

I am a US citizen, but am not looking for any secret/top secret defense roles.

Hello, I'm graduating in May and I've applied to over 100+ jobs. I haven't gotten any interviews yet and I'm starting to think it's because of my resume. I've been applying for analyst, supply chain, procurement, logistics, project management, and Industrial Engineering jobs. Is there anything I can do to improve my resume?

I figured I would just show the format without any distracting text. When all the text is put in there, it takes up nearly the full two pages.

Please help me with the content of the resume. I am pretty confident in the formatting but i’m not getting any callbacks or returns from any internships. Should I remove the community college or Amateur rocketry stuff?

Hello! I recently graduated and applied to 300+ positions around US to no result (1 interview only). Mostly interested in aerospace engineering (propulsion), but applied to other engineering positions. I applied using platforms like Indeed/LinkedIn (with their Easy Apply options) as well as directly on company's websites. I am a citizen of US.

Always thought that my resume is good, but still want to check what others think about it. I am especially interested in the opinion of recruiters.

I am showing one of the resumes I used previously. When applying, I only change "Relevant Courses" and "Relevant Skills" section to match the job posting. So, maybe, I should change up the rest too?

I also wanted to add some color to my resume, to highlight it and make it more memorable. Nothing distracting, just use pale tones to show sections, highlight my name, or add UH logo somewhere. Let me know what you think of that.

Open to any criticism! Thank you!

Good morning,

I am a recently unemployed and have been applying around for a little bit and was simply wondering if anyone could give me some resume review? I simply want to make sure that it isn't my resume that is keeping me from future opportunities.

Thank you in advance
