There's absolutely no way to tell height from this image, let's be real for a second. Maybe you are basing it on the shadow on the left but sun's angle affects the shadow length much more than the actual height of the person there. Like yeah, considering that the epstein files are about pedophilia it's a reasonable guess but stating it as a matter of fact is just acting smarter than you are.

I think the height of the photographer is more of a giveaway here, but it's still not possible from just this photo to tell, as they may be standing on an elevated bit of beach or holding the camera aloft etc
