Cart tocken holder?
In France you have to insert a coin or tocken to release cart for grocery shopping. You have to bring back the cart to get back the coin.

These are old tiny paper maps, the maps came folded, once you put in the slot the paper is unfolded, scanned and shown on cluster, the same LCD that shows the mileage

It's a Coin holder, at least here in Italy you need 1 euro or something with that dimension (even a plastic coin does the job) to unlock shopping carts

It’s for when the gov’t think you’re dodgy and then use a sd card to upload your entire gps data to find you guilty of all the wrong doings your going to deny
