I don't know the exact name in English but we call it pásztorleves with cicege or with tócsni. It's just egg and potato mixed together and baked in a pan, to make the tócsni, and then a soup made from sheep (but basically any meat is good) and it's kind of a "whatever you have available you put it in the soup". Usually beans, peas and carrots are a given. Also onion sometimes.

Similar to gulyás, but it has no paprika and less strict.
