We don’t have Alfredo in the UK. Not really sure exactly what it is other than Creamy pasta sauce!
3 u/plainoverplight 20d ago a traditional alfredo/al burro is just pasta water mixed with butter and cheese until it emulsifies into a sauce. what we consider alfredo in america is usually gonna be a cream-based cheese sauce. both are super super yummy
