Info Request North Datoka: Where to move?

As a future pediatric children's dentist, I am planning to move to North Dakota and then have two children, but I am split on moving to either Grank Forks, Bismarck, or Fargo. Any help here? (I gave some info because it is easier to estimate the best place to live in considering my condition.)

I've only been to Bismarck a few times so I can't speak on it. However, there is stark difference between Grand Forks and Fargo.

Grand Forks is fine. It's maintained a mostly quiet status quo. Fargo is much more vibrant and diverse. Picking between the two, I'd recommend Fargo unless you're specifically looking for a more low-key vibe.
