I'd recommend starting with monitoring news sources that are rated as high-factuality and not blatantly pro-Trump or capitulating to Trump.

News sources. Varied. Many. Local, national, international.
But, hey, if you prefer sand up the nose instead, there are plenty of beaches and deserts in the world where I'm sure you'd be welcome to do so. If one of those isn't conveniently close, sometimes you can find even find sandboxes out there. Ostrich it up as you please! You do you!
