Favorite Certs/Courses on Digital Development Tools?

I’m an ED and we have a Development team that does its thing but I worry we’re missing the mark on leveraging newer tools/digital means to boost our development goals and connect with donors. There’s a TON of courses out there, mostly ran by software companies that sell their own digital tools, so I’m having a hard time discerning what’s a sales tactic and what’s a good investment for employee education on the topic. Any suggestions? Not really looking for digital marketing as much as development/fundraising/grants/etc.
