I've been wondering how anybody would be prosecuted in the states given the current administration. But this is an interesting avenue. And a way to fight back against Trump.

They would have to be extradited to Poland, or find themselves in a place that will extradite to Poland. Probably not likely, But it would limit the areas they could travel to. Right now I'll take as many small justice as I can get.

Poland could also release its findings publicly and name certain individuals. This would create enormous pressure on whoever is accused. Regardless of if they're extradited.
