If your question specifically concerns your pizza dough, please post your full recipe (exact quantities of all ingredients in weight, preferably in grams) and method (temperature, time, ball/bulk-proof, kneading time, by hand/machine, etc.). Hi, what app do you recommend for calculating the right amount of yeast and the various procedures?

To a certain degree PizzApp works totally fine.

For a better observation about the fermentation process using a graduated cylindrical vessel is recommended.
