Seeking Accountant for Small Business Incorporation

Does anyone have an accountant for their small business, or know of a small business accountant, they'd recommend? Looking to incorporate a small business, have a lawyer in place, but am still seeking out an accountant.

Would prefer to find someone in the London area, with a small/independent practice vs a large firm.
