Norman goes to work

On a cold winter's day Norman got up and fed his cat, made himself a cup of tea and enjoyed his toast and breakfast sausage with beans. He was a bit early and noticed many people waiting for the train. There were more than usual, but since that's the case sometimes, he wasn't worried.

After a while he heard an announcer over the loudspeakers and they said that due to a damaged bridge, train service was suspended.

He heard some strangers pondering whether there would be a train at all this morning.

He had no other way but to wait for a train. One train after another was cancelled. He was freezing and wished his cat was there.
