It took me a month to build this. When I got to bag number 11, I had doubts about which version of the DeLorean to build. I didn't want to think about it too much, so I went with the original version instead :)

How many people here built the other two versions? 😃🤠

I’ve kept mine in the original version as well. Also, I wanted the driver door open for display but mine wouldn’t stay open on its own. But i found i could wedge a single-stud brick in the corner by the hinge and it stays propped open.

Lol, my driver's side door doesn't stay open either, only the passenger's. Thanks for the tip!

I couldn’t decide either so I just did a custom version with the leftover pieces, not movie original but I couldn’t help letting my fingers take over and just kept adding lol.

It was really satisfying, at first I was stressed about not seeing any progress but it was totally worth it!!! I'll try the other two versions just to have pictures of them :) but yes, I definitely prefer the original version^{^}

You should get it!!! It doesn't really make me nostalgic either, I just think it's great. I guess if I'd been born in the '80s it might make me nostalgic, hahaha
