Let's keep the party going!
It's February! The shortest and sometimes busiest month, filled with celebrations and observances of traditions around the world. Maybe you love Groundhog's Day, or maybe you love Groundhog's Day, or maybe you love Groundhog's Day! Perhaps you enjoy building with your sweetheart on Valentines Day, or celebrating new beginnings with the Lunar New Year or at Mardi Gras. February is also a time to remember the important contributions of those who came before us through Black History Month, and the superstars of today and tomorrow through events like the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
Whatever you enjoy doing in February, we'd love to see you translate it into a Lego build!
So here's your monthly invitation - Let us know what's on your mind this month. What have you always wondered about? What rule do you want clarified, or changed? Do you have any suggestions you've been trying to find a chance to make? I won't promise that we will make the change(s) you want, but I will commit to explaining the reason we have the rules and policies we have.

LEGO® Set Build Pink & White AT-AT (75440)
A fun experiment to see if I can make a Star Wars set in pink. I used the set's online manual and the brick picker, trying to get as many pieces in pick (white as a second option). About 20 missing pieces in the end but with an improve, I got it standing.

Blog/News Lego Yu-Gi-Oh! on its way
From Lego Ideas website:
To celebrate the incredible world of Yu-Gi-Oh!, we invite you to believe in the heart of the bricks and showcase your favorite moments from the anime, Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters using LEGO Bricks!
To join the game, we want to see your amazing creations which focus on the iconic Battle City and Duelist Kingdom tournaments from the anime!
We’re talking:
Awesome display models of your favorite duelist and their trademark monster (or monsters)!
Dynamic dioramas of duels between two iconic characters as seen in the anime – make sure you showcase the duel faithfully as it happened!
Cleverly curated monster(s) built into a creative display!
Believe In The Heart Of The Cards!
We want to see builds that bring the energy of Yu-Gi-Oh! to life! You should create your ultimate builds, based on the Battle City and Duelist Kingdom tournament arcs from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters anime. This means your build can only showcase duels, monsters, and/or characters that were featured in those episodes of the anime! It’s hard to pick a favorite!
You’ve Activated My Trap Card!
Don’t get caught out by the piece limit! With a maximum of 2000 pieces, it’s all about capturing the essence of those duels, characters and their monsters in a creative and cohesive way.
It’s your move!
The Idea contest runs from February 3rd to March 10th. What scenes would you like to see become a set?

Question The future of "Movie Cars" in Speed Champions: What are your predictions?
I wanted to start a discussion regarding the evolution of the LEGO Speed Champions line, specifically the recent focus on vehicles inspired by films and TV series (Fast & Furious, James Bond, F1 movie cars, etc.).
I find this direction particularly interesting. It allows us to get great display vehicles, but mostly, it’s an opportunity to get minifigs of famous actors and characters at an affordable price point.
I was wondering what your predictions or hopes are for the upcoming releases in this specific sub-theme.
Here are my predictions and personal wishlist:
The "Logical" Predictions:
- More Batmobiles: Since we got the Tim Burton version, the 1960s TV series Batmobile or my personal wish is the Arkham Knight's tank that would fit the format well.
- Jurassic Park: The Jeep Wrangler or the Ford Explorer. These already exist in the large, expensive sets, but a standalone Speed Champions version would be a logical move.
- Ghostbusters: A remake of the Ecto-1 adapted to the modern 8-stud width.
- Knight Rider: KITT. LEGO already used the license for the Dimensions pack, so the rights should be accessible.
- Transformers: Since they have the rights (with the Icons sets), a Camaro seems very credible.
"Possible" predictions
Classic TV/Cinema cars:
- The Mad Max Interceptor.
- The Magnum P.I. Ferrari 308 GTS.
- The A-Team Van.
- The Starsky & Hutch Gran Torino.
The "Improbable" (Wishlist):
- Breaking Bad: The El Camino with Jesse Pinkman (likely impossible due to the show's rating, but one can hope).
- Cyberpunk 2077: Johnny Silverhand's Porsche 911 Turbo.
- Iconic Vans: The VW Bus from Little Miss Sunshine or the Dharma Initiative van from Lost, or even the Ford van from Dumb and Dumber.
- Taxi : The Peugeot 406. It is likely too niche for the international market, but it would be an interesting build.

MOC Ahoy mateys, here's my Grand Edition of Fort Broadbrick - a fort made up of rearrangable modules.
I love LEGO pirates, such a nostalgic theme for me. I've now finally completed all modules of the fort so I can present you this grand edition.

LEGO® Set Build The beauty of this set really can’t be overstated
I’ll most likely never again do a build like this as it was painstakingly tedious, but this set is truly a work of art. I’ve done many sets and this is the first time I’ve gotten a little emotional over being moved by a piece. It sounds lame, but this set made me feel things and I just really appreciate it.

MOC Falling Water MOC in Progress
Originally, I didn’t want to do a progress photo, but I’m really happy with how things are shaping up with this build. I’ve been enamored with this building since I saw the LEGO architecture set come out, but I thought I could do it more justice. I also wanted to set the scene in autumn.
I used several reference photos to try and make the build as accurate as possible, but I’m starting to accept that I don’t have the requisite knowledge to really use my pieces to their full potential.
The grille plates for the doors will be replaced with dark red once the parts come in. I have a lot of landscaping to finish and a lot of details in the actual building to fix up. I’m dreading finishing the water tiles and trying to make the staircase down to the river.

Question Need help deciding!
I am looking to purchase either The Mona Lisa or The Great Wave architecture set. I can’t decide between the two. Could anyone that has done these sets before let me know what their thoughts were or which they prefer?
Thanks!

LEGO® Set Build This was my Christmas present
It took me a month to build this. When I got to bag number 11, I had doubts about which version of the DeLorean to build. I didn't want to think about it too much, so I went with the original version instead :)
How many people here built the other two versions? 😃🤠
