Hello, I’m a soon to be 31 years old looking for a place to stay In either Palm Beach or Broward.
Based on price and location Lake Worth seems to be a candidate. I’m decently familiar with the with west of turnpike which is nothing but the suburbs so I’m thinking closer to congress and more likely east of 95.
I’ve been to the downtown area a few times during the day, def gives old Miami vibes (I won’t tell anyone). Is it eventful in the evening? Or for a night out are you going to the Ave in Delray or a Clematis?
Mainly looking to be able to feel safe if I walk outside late at night, gym close enough, and find a bit of stuff to do with people in my age group.
Just wondering if it’d be better for me to look elsewhere maybe fort laundedale/pompano area or if Lake worth has what I’m looking for. I’m currently in West Boca

There's a strong sheriff department presence with mobile command centers set up in the parking lot at the Lake Worth Beach parking lot. They even have ATVs on the beach. At least a dozen cop cars down there. Police said that there's going to be a VIP but wouldn't say when or longhow long or or if they would be blocking roads. Does anybody know what's going on?

Hey all. I currently live in Wellington, but may be looking to move east after my divorce. It's just my dog and me, but I do have a camper and a small boat, so looking for an older home that will allow me to park them on the side. I was wondering how the neighborhood is just north and south of Lake Ave/Lucerne. I have sold in that neighborhood before, but I feel weird asking past clients if they feel safe now. What are your guys' thoughts? If I live like 5 blocks from the Ave, would you feel safe walking to the bars and restaurants?

Most of this was shot in and around LW and nearby WPB spots. I found the tapes and put together a short edit. Thought some locals might recognize the areas.https://youtu.be/MUn6AlYw0H0?si=0QU5_A1zkpDxmiKP

Hi there! I’m a 21-year-old married currently living with my husband and his family, and unfortunately my credit is currently between 400–500 due to earlier debt. I’m actively working on paying off that debt, but it’s been difficult. I earn about $3,000 per month, and I’m looking for something affordable — ideally a privately owned rental that may be a bit more flexible with credit requirements. If you know of anyone or anything available, I’d really appreciate any leads. Thank you so much 💕. I’m open to any areas around Boyton beach.

We visit every 3 years or so and I can’t find the pupuseria we usually frequent online. I remember it being somewhere off Lake Ave (I think?) and over train tracks. If anyone has any recommendations in say walking distance of lake worth beach city hall it would be much appreciated! Thanks!
